Autopilot

The Autopilot feature in Atomize helps ensure your hotel always has optimal prices with minimal manual intervention. You can choose between full automation, manual price approval, or a mix of both.

When Autopilot is activated, the system can automatically accept all price recommendations, working 24/7 for up to 730 days into the future. This allows your hotel to maintain competitive and optimized pricing, based on Atomize's advanced price optimization engine.

Automatically updating prices reduces manual work and together with real-time pricing the system reacts to sudden changes in demand, ensuring you capture revenue opportunities without delay.

Take control and schedule Autopilot

The scheduled Autopilot feature allows you to decide when the autopilot should be active and when it should be turned off. Giving you manual control over selected dates, such as near-time or high-demand periods. This hybrid approach means that while Autopilot ensures optimal pricing most of the time, you can maintain full control over pricing for certain crucial periods.

Autopilot settings page

To access the Autopilot settings page navigate to the settings menu (represented by a cogwheel) located in the top right corner of the system, and select the Autopilot settings.

When making any changes on the page, don't forget to click the save button!

Autopilot ON/OFF

In the first section of the page, you turn on the Autopilot by selecting the option Autopilot ON. Once enabled, the system will automatically accept all price recommendations, unless exclusions are specified.

Autopilot schedule

The second section is optional and allows you to create an Autopilot schedule. This feature is useful when you want to exclude specific dates from automatic price acceptance.

Exclusion options:

  • Exclude the near future: You can choose to exclude the next 3, 7, 30, or any custom number of days from Autopilot. This gives you the flexibility to manually handle pricing for upcoming periods where immediate market factors might be more predictable.
  • Fixed periods: If there are specific dates or periods when you don’t want Autopilot to run, you can set start and end dates and exclude those periods from price accept automation.
Do not forget to click the add button when adding a period.
  • Set an end date: You can also define an end date for when Autopilot should stop accepting pricing recommendations. After this date, all pricing changes will need to be manually accepted.
