The group pricing module is a displacement analysis tool that will calculate the minimum acceptable room price based on the current constrained system forecast for the room types and dates in questions including all business types, beyond just dynamic pricing, and considering the pricing strategy in place at the moment.
With the group module, you will save hours of valuable time, stay one step ahead of your competition, and maximize your revenue by knowing which group quotes to prioritize.
Before using the functionality for the first time, you need to specify the profit margin per revenue category for your property, in the Revenue categories page. This is in a separate page found in the settings menu.
