How do I change capacity in my PMS?
When changing the capacity on the PMS, meaning adding or decreasing the total number of rooms you have available to sell, we kindly ask you to inform support@atomize.com once these changes have been made so our team can adapt to the modifications. These changes do not happen automatically on Atomize’s front.
Please note that if support@atomize.com is not informed about any change in capacity, this can lead to discrepancies between systems and it can negatively impact price recommendations.
