Before proceeding with any changes related to your room types, we recommend to contact support@atomize.com to inform about the changes, so we can reduce any potential issue with your current setup.
Making any modifications to the room types must be done from the PMS. Once they are completed in the PMS environment, we kindly ask you to advise support@atomize.com about these changes, so our team can adapt to the modifications. The changes do not happen automatically on Atomize’s front.
Please note that if support@atomize.com is not informed about any room type changes, this can lead to discrepancies between systems and it can also lead to prices not being pushed correctly from Atomize to the PMS.
