How to proceed if rate code or selling policy changes?
Making any modifications to the rate code structure must be done from the PMS. We kindly ask you to inform support@atomize.com once these changes have been made, so our team can adapt to the modifications. These changes do not happen automatically on Atomize’s front.
Please note that if support@atomize.com is not informed about any rate code changes, this can lead to discrepancies between systems and it can also lead to prices not being pushed correctly from Atomize to the PMS.
