Lighthouse (former OTA Insight) performs rate shopping for Atomize clients and their compset with the following frequency:
- Twice daily (morning and afternoon): 14 days future booking dates (LOS1)...
- Daily (mornings): 15-90 days future booking dates (LOS1) or next 90 days for direct Lighthouse clients
- Bi-weekly: 90 days future booking dates (LOS2+3)
- 2x Month: 365 days future booking dates (LOS 1)
Note! Customers that are subscribing directly to Lighthouse does not get "twice daily for next 14 days". Instead, they are able to manually trigger rate shops in Lighthouse at any time, and the refreshed data is fetched by Atomize during the import runs mentioned below. If they do not trigger manual rate shops they will still get daily imports for the next 90 days.
If a user (any user) in the Lighthouse system manually shops rates for any of the hotels Atomize are subscribing to, the new rates are updated on the Lighthouse platform and Atomize will import these. There are four import runs scheduled each day - at 03 AM, 09 AM, 3 PM, and 9 PM in the hotels time zone.
