Instantly see when a price boundary is reached (November 2023)

A new icon is introduced to help you identify dates where your price hierarchy might block potential revenue

The price recommendations in Atomize are designed to always stay within the user defined price boundaries (configured in the Price hierarchy page or overridden by a price hierarchy override).

On stay dates with low or high demand, or when a tight price boundary span is defined, the price recommendations might hit the minimum or maximum price configured in the hierarchy. This indicates that Atomize's price optimization engine believes that you might in fact gain more revenue by updating your price boundaries for the stay date.

To help you identify these dates, we have introduced two new icons:

Price boundaries reached

This what it looks like when the icon is displayed in the All stay dates list:

Min All stay dates

For properties on autopilot, the icon will be displayed when the current price hits a limit:

Max reached_autopilot

For properties not on autopilot, the icon will be displayed when the price recommendation hits a limit:

Min reached_non-auto

In the All stay dates list, it is possible to use the filter to filter out all stay dates where the price boundaries are reached, ensuring you can easily identify dates with more revenue opportunity.

To see which min and max price is setup for a particular stay date, open the room type modal where you will be able to see which price hierarchy is currently in place, as well as shortcuts to edit it.

We hope that this new update will help you work smarter, more efficiently, and ultimately gain more revenue!
