Learn the reasons why data discrepancies might occur between Atomize and your PMS
Data discrepancies might occur depending on PMS and its integration with Atomize. Many discrepancies are temporary: it could be related to the fact that it takes time to deliver the message to and from Atomize and the PMS. The normal response times vary between a few seconds up to 2 hours.
Some discrepancies are caused by the fact that the user has made changes in the PMS or OTA Insights configuration without notifying the Atomize team. Changes making the greatest impact are room count, room type, room names, and rate code structure changes.
KPIs discrepancies can be related to differences in calculations of available rooms, occupied rooms, and the revenues allocated to rooms. See section KPI calculation for how each item is calculated.
