By including these estimates, our system can better understand the total revenue potential beyond room bookings.
This means better price recommendations that aim to maximize your overall revenue, not just room revenue.
This marks our first step toward optimizing TrevPAR, helping you unlock new growth opportunities!
Make (optional) estimates for:
- Adult & Child
- Day of week: Customize amounts for each day of the week.
- Total stay: Set a single amount for the entire stay (regardless of length).
- Seasonal adjustments: Configure specific values for certain times of the year using custom periods or align them with your price hierarchies’ dates.

Remember these settings directly impact pricing optimization — ensure they align with your property's revenue strategy!
