In this article, we explain the different ways in which you can accept price recommendations in Atomize.
Accepting prices
When you have autopilot activated, your price recommendations will be accepted automatically. If you are not using the autopilot feature you need to accept prices manually.
The Atomize system is designed with flexibility in mind and gives you multiple options when it comes to interacting with price recommendations. It allows you to accept a single price recommendation on an individual room type on a particular date, several room types and/or stay dates in one go, or all price recommendations at once.
You accept price recommendations by clicking/tapping on the green Accept buttons displayed throughout the system. When you accept a price recommendation the price will be pushed through to your PMS.
You can accept price recommendations on the following pages in the system:
- Overview
- Calendar
- Most urgent
- All stay dates
To facilitate accepting recommendations for several stay dates, the easiest way is to select dates on the all stay dates page by clicking the checkboxes for those dates and then pressing the Accept selected button which appears at the top of the list.
Note! Price conflicts can occur when accepting prices. Usually, the system makes suggestions on how to solve the conflict by adjusting prices on connecting room types. This is due to how your price hierarchy is configured.
