Atomize offers a KPI dashboard which allows you to follow up on your most important KPIs.

The dashboard presents the following KPIs per month:
- Month-to-date RevPAR vs. same time last year (STLY), and forecasted RevPAR vs. end of month last year
- Month-to-date occupancy (allotments as well as reserved) vs STLY, and forecasted occupancy vs end of month LY.
- Room nights (OTB, i.e. excluding allotments) vs same time last year (compares to the same day of the week LY).
- Month-to-date revenue vs. same time last year (STLY), and forecasted revenue vs. end of month last year.
- ADR (OTB) vs same time last year (compares to the same day of the week LY).
The dashboard presents the KPIs for as many months as your property has price recommendations for, which for most users means for 12 months rolling. It also displays the final result for the previous month.
The dashboard also includes a pickup report, showing the booking activity, room nights, and the amount of revenue generated for yesterday, the last 3, 7 and 30 days.
By clicking on a month in the bottom graph, a detailed view will be displayed of how the bookings are distributed over the stay dates of the selected month. You can also export it as a CVS file.
Finally, it also provides insights into competitor prices in the near time (today and tomorrow).
